A graduate of Flint Central his life and professional career preceded the Civil Rights movement, the American Century, and the Golden Age of Flint. It spanned the cultural divide along the way. His discussion of a part of Flint history that receives too little attention makes for an exceptionally compelling day in the Aquarium. Dr. Hatter is a person who has experienced life from a perspective most won’t fully appreciate until they hear it from someone of his unique perspective.
