As a verified foodie, and a former technical writer, he thought that writing about the history of the coney island would be a lot of fun, and he was right. Dave kicks off our Flint Coney Culture month on “Fish and The Flint Chronicles" with the story of how he came to write his book “The Flint Coney; A Savory History”. Liske builds on the stories that have been told and written to craft his tale of the Flint Coney right here in The Aquarium!
