Mark Farner and the Veterans Benefit
Rock 'n roll Music Legend
August 14, 2019
Mark Farner is back! The grand leader of the Grand Funk Railroad, rock and roll icon and true blue Flintstone is back with Fish and The Flint Chronicles to discuss a host of topics including his upcoming benefit concert in Durand,  working with Todd Rundgren and Frank Zappa,  selling out Shea Stadium faster than the Beatles, blowing Led Zeppelin off of the stage (and causing a riot in the process), and hanging out with Jimi Hendrix.

Mark and Fish discuss the possibility of a improbable (but incredible) pairing with Academy Award winner and superstar Billy Bob Thornton - in FLINT! That might be enough of a highlight for any show, but not for “Fish and The Flint Chronicles”. So when Mark sings a little bit of “I’m Your Captain/Closer To Home” live on the show…well it’s just magic - goosebumbs all around!

Grand Funk Railroad, Flint, and Mark Farner - It’s an absolutely epic show and one for the books!
