Natasha Breed (widow-MC Breed) & Ira "Bootleg" Dorsey
Hip-Hop Legends

March 18, 2020
It's pure music history.

MC Breed was one of the trailblazers in hip hop, rap and music history.

The Dayton Family were the original gangster rappers- and they walked it like they talked it. If they hadn't done something they were rapping about, Ira Dorsey aka "Bootleg" says they "Immediately went out and did it. " When they released their album "Indicted" they were actually being indicted!  Now Ira is working hard to give back to Flint and the neighborhood he grew up in.

Eric "MC" Breed died young, leaving a legion of fans, family, friends, and musical legacy. His widow, Natasha Breed, joins us to talk about it all.

Together MC Breed and the Dayton Family make up a huge chunk of Flint's incredible musical legacy. Together they combine for a powerful look inside at Flint's invaluable contribution to the most popular and highest grossing form of music in the world today. Just like automobiles and aviation, Flint pioneers have led the way in innovation and artistry. Two who were at the epicenter join Fish to tell the tale!
